2.1 Deposit Rules
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method in the account holder's own name — transfers from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- If multiple accounts make deposits from the same device or network, all accounts may be suspended.

2.2 Withdrawal Rules

- For large withdrawals where identity verification is incomplete, additional documents may be requested.
- Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. In exceptional cases, it may take longer.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at ho880 receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- ৳32,000 or more deposited → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000
A wagering requirement applies to the bonus: you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
3.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- If a member operates multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system, all bonuses will be cancelled and the accounts suspended.
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting the bonus conditions may result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.
- ho880 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; they can only be used as gaming balance.
3.3 VIP Program
ho880's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

4 Gaming Rules
4.1 General Gaming Terms
- If a technical fault in any game produces an abnormal result, ho880 reserves the right to void that round.
- If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined according to the system's records.
- If a member disputes the result of a game, the game server log will be treated as the final evidence.
- Abnormal winnings obtained by exploiting a software bug or interface error in any game may be voided.
4.2 Sports Betting
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded; however, specific market-based rules may apply.

- Odds displayed for the same event are subject to change and ho880 reserves the right to close any market at any time.

5.1 Account-Related Prohibited Activities
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
- Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or by a minor.
- Buying, selling, or transferring an account.
5.2 Financial Misconduct
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
- Deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods.
- Betting patterns designed to abuse the bonus system.
- Financial fraud by filing credit card chargeback claims.
5.3 Technical Misuse
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
